PAUL ALDO is the founder and CEO of Executive Presence Inc. His interest in executive presence was piqued years ago when trying to understand how businesses decided who had real leadership potential and who did not. After more than 30 years of observation and research, Paul has created an empirically-based and content-rich perspective on this critically important topic. His executive presence workshops and coaching consistently garner the highest ratings from numerous Fortune 500 clients. Services are delivered through structured, multiple participant programs, consulting, and one-on-one coaching.
Before starting Executive Presence Inc., Paul was an executive with Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice, prior to which he held leadership positions with GE in the United States and Asia-Pacific. He was also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia, where he taught in the McIntire School of Commerce. Paul holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, M.S. and M.A. degrees from Western Michigan University, and a B.S. degree from Michigan State University.
CHARLES LEWIS is Chief Learning Officer and a Senior Facilitator with Executive Presence Inc. Charles, who joined the firm in 2011, is a seasoned leadership development professional, facilitator, and executive coach, with over 25 years of professional experience. He delivers workshops and coaches leaders in all functional business areas and market segments. Charles' areas of expertise are executive presence, interpersonal communication, and team development.
Before joining Executive Presence Inc., Charles spent 20 years with ING, leaving in 2007 as Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Development. His responsibilities included facilitating the development and execution of strategic business planning processes, coaching the national sales leadership team, and leading the internal sales training function. Charles holds a B.S. degree in Education and an M.A. degree in Speech Communication from New Mexico State University.
MICHAEL BARRETT is Business Development Manager and a Senior Facilitator with Executive Presence Inc., joining the firm in 2015. Michael is a Certified Master Facilitator™ and Certified Professional Facilitator™ with over 25 years of management and consulting experience. In addition to facilitating Executive Presence™ workshops, he has taught facilitation skills to thousands of people around the world.
Following a decade of increasing leadership responsibilities with Procter & Gamble and Georgia Pacific, Michael joined North Highland, an international management consulting firm. He left the firm in 2006 as a vice president, and is currently a board member of the Southeast Association of Facilitators (SEAF) and eScholar, an innovator in personalized education data solutions. Michael holds a B.A. degree in Management from the University of South Florida.
ANDREA BARRETT is a workshop facilitator with Executive Presence Inc. She is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a former Certified Professional Facilitator. Andrea brings over 20 years of coaching, management, and consulting experience to her work coaching hundreds of leaders from Director-level to C-Suite to unleash their full potential. In addition to facilitating Executive Presence™ workshops, she leads workshops to help workplace teams be more effective.
Andrea works with both corporate and public sector clients in her work as a leadership coach. She is a board member of the Inward Bound Center for Nonprofit Leadership. She holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard School of Business Administration and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs, Economics and Chinese from the University of Virginia.
PAM SMITH provides administrative support for Executive Presence. Pam received her B.S. from the University of Florida and has a background in journalism and marketing.
JOHN OUTLER is a content and creative consultant for Executive Presence, Inc., as well as principal of boutique publisher Gin Press. John has worked closely with Paul Aldo for over ten years to help craft identity and branding, training solutions, and strategic messaging for the company. He was book designer, editor, and publisher (Gin Press) of Paul's book Understanding Executive Presence.
