Dana Zellers is a facilitator and executive coach with more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate and agency settings. She has held senior roles at companies including Uber, Twitter, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and Publicis, where she led cross-functional teams through fast-paced digital, operational, and organizational change. Today, Dana facilitates sessions that help professionals and teams communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and lead with greater impact.

Dana is certified through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Workshopper Master through AJ&Smart. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.A. in English/Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. Dana brings an experienced lens to what leadership looks like in the real world, balancing clarity, presence, and execution to help others lead with intention and influence.
