Gayle Lantz is Founder & CEO of WorkMatters, Inc., a leadership development and organizational consulting firm dedicated to helping CEOs and senior executives shape culture, solve complex challenges and inspire meaningful change. She specializes in visioning, strategic planning, team building, and personal and professional growth.
For more than 20 years, Gayle has led CEO and executive peer groups, guiding senior leaders through tough issues with thoughtful questions, practical feedback and powerful insights. She is host of the CEO on the Go Podcast (ranked among the top 5% globally), author of the award-winning book, Take the Bull by the Horns, and creator of The Leadership Journal. She is also a Certified Reinvention Practitioner, helping leaders build resilience and thrive through change.
Prior to launching her firm, Gayle held an officer-level position with TIAA, a leader in its industry serving those in the academic, medical and research fields. She is a graduate of Emory University.
