George Spas, a senior facilitator at Executive Presence Inc., joined the company in 2020 as a facilitator and business development consultant. Prior to that, he established Sofos Solutions LLC., a consulting firm with expertise in sales, business development, process improvement, organizational leadership design, and project advocacy.

Before Sofos Solutions, George was Vice President and Regional Director for Motorola. During his 27-year Motorola career, he built and led teams in sales and services as well as corporate operations and global regulatory strategy. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese and Greek. George is as an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and talent developer with vast experience in international markets.

George holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program (EDP) at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business.
