Marsha Sampson Johnson is a Senior Facilitator with Executive Presence Inc., joining the firm in 2023. She has dynamic management and executive experience, including the C-Suite. In addition to Executive Presence Inc. workshops, she pursues a passion for leadership, diversity-equity-inclusion, and organizational excellence through her blog, program facilitation, keynote addresses, and mentoring.

Marsha makes accessible the leadership insights gained from 25 years with energy giant Southern Company, where she held various line positions and staff positions, retiring as a senior executive; and from insights gained working a decade in different sectors before joining Southern.

Marsha is a graduate of Jacksonville University (Florida) – B.A. Political Science, Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, and the Wharton School Executive Finance Program.
