Jen transitioned from a successful two-decade career in entertainment media and marketing at notable companies such as Turner Sports, TBS, TNT, Turner Classic Movies, and Starz/Lionsgate, to a role where she leverages her executive experience.

He is a Certified Master Facilitator and Certified Professional Facilitator with over 25 years of management and consulting experience. In addition to facilitating Executive Presence Inc. workshops, he has taught facilitation skills to thousands of people around the world.

George Spas, a senior facilitator at Executive Presence Inc., joined the company in 2020 as a facilitator and business development consultant. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Regional Director for Motorola, before establishing Sofos Solutions LLC., a consulting firm focusing on sales, business development, process improvement, leadership design, and project advocacy.
